The ATF released an open letter today giving guidance to all FFL's that currently hold a SOT they can now sell silencers, short barrelled rifles and short barrelled shotguns using your standard 4473 form and background check. You still have to adhere to state laws. For us that means you'll have a three day wait or if you have a concealed carry license you can leave with your item after you pass the background check. This doesn't apply to machine guns or destructive devices. T
